Mini Parasite Cleanse: 3-Week Protocol

This condensed protocol follows a 1 week on, 1 week off, 1 week on schedule.

Core Medication

It’s important to recognize that parasites are more common than most people realize. Even with a clean diet and a healthy lifestyle, exposure to parasites can happen through food, water, pets, or travel. A regular cleanse can support overall wellness. For a targeted approach, the following three-week short-course protocol offers a structured plan to help support the body’s natural detoxification processes

Medication Daily Dose Dosage Schedule Instructions
Ivermectin 3 Ă— 12mg tablets
(36mg total)
1 tablet with each meal
(morning, noon, night)
Take with food for optimal absorption
Mebendazole or Fenbendazole 2 Ă— 250mg tablets
(500mg total)
Half the 500mg tablet twice daily
(morning & evening)
Split dose and take with meals
Praziquantel 3 Ă— 600mg tablets
(1800mg total)
1 tablet with each meal
(morning, noon, night)
Take with food to enhance efficacy
Tinidazole 250mg
Twice daily
With breakfast and dinner Take with meals
Fluconazole 200mg
Once daily
With any meal Consistency is key — take with food

NOTE: The above medication targets protozoa—single-cell parasites that commonly inhabit the gums, gastrointestinal tract, bloodstream, liver, central nervous system (brain and spinal cord), urogenital tract, skin, and lymphatic system. The prescribed Tinidazole 250 mg is to be taken twice daily with meals—once with breakfast and once with dinner—to ensure maximum absorption and effectiveness.

Schedule

This cyclical approach allows the body to cleanse and recover effectively:

Week: 1

Take all selected medications daily, following the dosage instructions provided.

Week: 2

Rest period – refrain from taking any medications during this week.

Week: 3

Resume all selected medications as you did in Week 1, adhering to the same dosage schedule.

The above medicines are intended to target fungal infections in the body. For most patients, Fluconazole alone is sufficient to eliminate the majority of fungi. However, for those with more serious fungal infections, Nystatin may be added to the treatment plan—although this is generally not necessary for the majority of cases. This protocol should be followed daily for a full three weeks. After completing the initial three weeks, take a one-week break, then resume the protocol for another full three weeks to complete the course.

Supporting Your Cleanse with BINDERS

What are Binders: Binders are Recommended Supplements when cleansing

General Guidance on Taking EDTA

Forms of EDTA:

EDTA comes in oral (capsules, liquid) or intravenous (IV) forms. For a cleanse, oral EDTA is more common and accessible.

Dosage:

Typical oral doses range from 500 mg to 2,000 mg daily, often split into smaller doses (e.g., 500 mg 2-3 times a day). This varies based on purpose and individual tolerance, so start low and get guidance.

Timing:

  • Take it on an empty stomach (1-2 hours before meals or 2 hours after) to maximize absorption and avoid interference with food minerals like calcium or magnesium.
  • Space it out from other supplements, especially minerals (zinc, iron, etc.), by at least 2-4 hours, as EDTA can bind to them and reduce their effectiveness.
  • With a Parasite Cleanse: Take EDTA at a separate time from your parasite cleanse supplements (e.g., morning for cleanse, evening for EDTA).

Hydration:

Drink plenty of water – EDTA pulls metals out, and you’ll want to flush them through your system.

Duration:

People often use EDTA for a few weeks to a month, but for a cleanse, 7-14 days might suffice. Don’t overdo it without monitoring.

A Sample Schedule (Hypothetical):

  • Morning: Parasite cleanse supplements with breakfast.
  • Midday: Light meal, no supplements.
  • Evening: 500-1,000 mg EDTA on an empty stomach with water, at least 2 hours after your last meal or supplement.

Tips for Success

Take Medications with Food

To minimize potential digestive discomfort, it’s highly recommended to take your medications with food. This helps buffer your stomach, preventing any irritation that might occur when medications are taken on an empty stomach.

Stay Well-Hydrated

Hydration is key, especially during a cleanse. Drinking plenty of water supports your body’s natural detoxification process, helping to flush out toxins and keep you feeling your best.

Consider a Simple Diet of Whole Foods

While cleansing, nourish your body with simple, whole foods. Think fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Avoid processed foods, as they can slow down the detox process and introduce unnecessary chemicals.

Be Prepared for Temporary Symptoms

As your body works to rid itself of parasites, you may experience some temporary symptoms, such as fatigue, headaches, or digestive changes. These are normal and indicate that the cleanse is working. Listen to your body, rest when needed, and remember that these symptoms should subside once the cleanse is complete.

Complete Both Active Weeks for Best Results

For optimal results, it’s important to commit to both active weeks of your cleanse. Skipping one or cutting the cleanse short may reduce the overall effectiveness and benefits you’re aiming for.

Schedule Your Cleanse During a Restful Period

The cleanse can be taxing on your body, so it’s wise to schedule it during a time when you can allow yourself plenty of rest. Reducing stress and ensuring adequate sleep will help your body recover more efficiently and complete the cleanse with success.

Signs You Might Need a Parasite Cleanse

If you’re dealing with frequent bloating, gas, or irregular bowel movements, it could be a sign of an underlying issue.

Notice that certain foods are causing more discomfort or reactions than usual? A cleanse might help address the root cause.

Persistent tiredness or sleep disturbances that don’t have an obvious explanation could be linked to parasites

Rashes, unexplained itching, or other skin conditions can sometimes be a symptom of internal imbalances.

Often associated with stress or anxiety, this could also be a response to parasitic activity.

Whether you’re struggling to lose weight or find yourself gaining inexplicably, parasites could be playing a role

If you’re experiencing difficulty focusing, feeling mentally cloudy, or forgetting things more often, it may be time to assess your gut health.
