Affiliate Program Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the Purely Prepared Patriot Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:

Own and operate lawful marketing channels.

Provide accurate registration information.

Comply with all applicable local, national, and international regulations.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.2 Strict Prohibition on Medical or Health Claims
Affiliates must NOT:

Claim that any product cures, treats, prevents, diagnoses, mitigates, or reverses any disease or medical condition.

Suggest guaranteed health outcomes or “miracle” results.

Mention specific diseases, symptoms, or illnesses as problems the products will fix.
Affiliates MUST:
Use the approved medical disclaimer (below) in relevant content.

The following medical disclaimer applies to all affiliates and must be respected at all times:

Affiliates may not modify or remove this wording unless explicitly approved.
Non-compliance may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
By joining the Program, you agree to:

Promote Purely Prepared Patriot products or services using approved links, banners, or materials.

Avoid false, misleading, or deceptive advertising.

Comply with all anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Avoid bidding on our branded keywords or misrepresenting yourself as the company.

Not engage in any fraudulent or unethical behavior that may harm Purely Prepared Patriot.
3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions based on successful sales generated through their unique referral link.

The specific commission rate is 15% upon approval into the Program.

Commissions are calculated on the net purchase amount, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts.

We reserve the right to modify commission rates without written notice or email.
4. Payout Terms
4.1 Minimum Payout Threshold

Payouts are issued only when the Affiliate has accumulated a minimum of $1,000 USD in commissions.
-
If the threshold is not met, the balance will roll over to the next month.
4.2 Payment Schedule

Payouts occur biweekly or monthly on or around the 15th of the following month.
-
Example: Commissions earned in March are paid around April 30th to May 15th (if the $1,000 threshold is met).
Rolling Reserve (20%)
To protect the Program from refunds, disputes, and chargebacks:

20% of all earned commissions will be held as a rolling reserve.

The reserve is released on a rolling schedule, meaning:

Commissions held from Month 1 are released in Month 3.
-
Commissions held from Month 2 are released in Month 4, etc.
-
Reserved funds are not counted toward meeting the $1,000 payout threshold.
-
Any refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or compliance violations may be deducted from the reserve.
This reserve structure is standard for digital products, recurring payments, and high-volume affiliate programs.
4.3 Payment Methods

Payouts may be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Zelle, or another approved method.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
4.4 Withholding, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Commissions for refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

If a refund or chargeback occurs after a payout, the negative balance will carry over to future payouts.
5. Cookie Duration
Unless otherwise stated, our affiliate tracking cookie lasts 30 days. Sales made within this period after a user clicks your link are credited to you.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Spamming or unsolicited emails.

Misleading or deceptive claims.

Using your own affiliate link to receive discounts (self-referrals).

Publishing illegal, harmful, or adult content connected to promotions.

Running ads that impersonate Purely Prepared Patriot.

Exploiting system loopholes or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
Any violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include (but are not limited to):

Fraudulent activity

Failure to comply with these Terms

Misrepresentation of our brand

Inactivity for 12 months or more
Upon termination, unpaid commissions under the $1,000 threshold will be forfeited.
8. Limited License
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use our logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for Program participation. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Purely Prepared Patriot..
9. Relationship of Parties
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. Affiliates operate as independent contractors.
10. Limitation of Liability
Purely Prepared Patriot. is not liable for:

11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email or dashboard update. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Acceptance
By joining the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
